Time to choose: organization, private, public, government, ... city, remote, rural, ... ; IFF choosing a small clinical group, make sure their legal background is clean, otherwise, their previous legal obligations such as law suit lost, in debt to pay legally, ... because you don't want to deal with previous legal issues involve to your option of employment ... ;
